It's been a while since I've posted here, but rest assured, it's due to some busy and exciting developments!
Firstly, I went on a delightful trip to Europe with my family. Taking in the art, design, music, architecture, and history was something that still inspires me, even after returning to the states almost a month ago. It was also an opportunity to get familiar with Instagram, so I posted a photo every day from my travels. Here are just a few:
In other news, I got a full-time job working at a small agency in Columbus called Floyd. I'm technically the first hire, so it's about as small as you can get, but I'm thrilled at the thought of seeing something grow and evolve firsthand.
In addition to a new job, I also found a new place to live. It's a small, but cozy studio space overlooking one of Columbus' parks. Prior to the move-in, I got to play the role of an interior designer, something I've never really done before. I've been here for a week and a half, and I'm feeling pretty comfortable.
In the coming weeks, CCAD will begin its fall semester, and it'll be strange to not be associated with that. I'm sure I'll get those creative itches, though!
That's all for now, but I'll keep you updated!
